9 day Retreat with Hari Prem and Bjørn

Content of the retreat
This courses is for you who have participated at minimum a 10 days course at Ananda Mandala, Anahata Yoga Retreat or at Håå ( Skandivavian Yoga and Meditation School) and learned Ajapa Japa and more. The retreat will be based on your experiences from the longer retreats and will content many of the same practises. There will be three days of silence and the possibility to refresh your Kriya Yoga or Prana Vidya..
The place
Anahata Retreat Center creates the setting for our retreat. It is located close to the sandy beach and forest, surrounded by a lovely garden. A special treat is the sauna at the beach.
The comfortable bed rooms contain one, two or four beds. You can chose to sleep in a tent in the garden.
How to get there
From Vordingborg train station: bus 660 to Stege or bus 664 to Damsholte. Free pick-up from Stege or Damsholte to the retreat.
We even arrange carpooling from Copenhagen.
Facilitators
Hari Prem and Bjørn have taught together since 1992, first in New Zealand, then in Australia, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. From 2003 to 2021 they held longer retreats at the course center Ananda Mandala in Småland. Originally they were both trained by Swami Janakananda, Scandinavian Yoga and Meditation School. Since then they have also been inspired by several other spiritual traditions. As teachers, they have dealt with yoga and meditation for many years. It has helped them to choose to experience life with clarity, energy and joy.

Single room: 8.800 DKK
Doubleroom: 7.000 DKK
Four-bed room: 6.600 DKK
Own Tent: 6.100 DKK
Payment
DKK 1,000 in deposit upon registration.
Remaining amount 4 weeks before the start of the course.
If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the course, all the payments, except the deposit on 1.000 DKK, will be refunded.
If you cancel after 4 weeks before the start of the course, the remaining amount, except the deposit on 1.000 DKK, can be transferred to another course/retreat within a year.
